Where the Sun Sets

In a place where at summer all the houses are empty
And the wealthy lads are surfing,
While their parents, they are working,
To make life pretty!

Where at night under eighteen kids are as shitfaced as can be,
And the girls that live at the city,
They do everything that’s pretty,
Just to make you see,
That cool’s more than a word for them,
It’s what they think that they are gonna be!

And sometimes you may think there’s passion but what you really see
Is girls and boys that kiss,
Well just in order to increase
Their popularity!
And if you’re and exception,
It means you leave with a depressive way of being!

At first it all seems passionate,
And all of it seems cool,
But once you dig their trash you’ll know that
The things that they all do is pretending that their happy too!
But your friends…
Well they really want to be with you!

And the cooler boys they live with expensive branded clothes,
And thei are all invited
To the super-mega parties
And they go!

But you should see them, cause it’s a blast, when they’ve had too much to drink.
They can’t stand in their feet
And they just throw up in the streets
And they don’t think!
But if you think they’re faking it
Is probably ‘cause they’re making everything up!
